This is a rough guideline of mixing vegetables together for a slaw. A good alternative to the Thai Slaw when looking for a salad that is more lean and free of peanuts. Think school lunches or places where peanuts are to be avoided for allergy reasons or a dish which is less rich. We usually make this and eat it throughout the week, it keeps good for a while. Our preference is to add the dressing in layers so there isn’t a lot of left over liquid. We don’t like it when it’s pooling. Enjoy!
